Taemin POV
I walked to school with my best friend, Choi Minho. We talked and laughed about the most random things until I heard a voice in the distance.
"Taebaby!! Come over to your Umma!" Key Umma yelled from the front gate of the school.
I ran as fast I could with Minho right next to me. I ran until I was being hugged by Umma.
"K-Key Umma!! I-I can't b-breathe!" I tried to say but the lack of air made me stutter.
"Key! You're suffocating the poor boy!" Minho Hyung said. Key glared at Minho before letting me go and cuddling with Jonghyun Appa.
We walked into our school, SM high, and walked to our separate classes. Minho hyung and I had the same 1st period class while the JongKey couple had a different class. I had skipped two grades so I knew all this stuff.
Minho Hyung was smart too so we decided to text each other.

Hyung!!! I'm bored!!
I sent the text and waited for Minho Hyung's response.

Minnie. How about I go to your house after school?
I read the text before replying

But, I'm gonna be bored all day!!! Can't we leave at lunch?
I already knew what they taught at this school and so did Minho Hyung. Ditching the rest of the day wouldn't affect our grades.

I was curious about what he wanted to say and was going to ask but stopped myself and just sent him a smile.
Lunchtime
Minho Hyung and I snuck out of school. Once we got far away from the gate, I texted Key umma.

Umma! Minho Hyung and I are ditching school. Don't worry, we'll be at my house.
I continued walking to my house with Minho Hyung before I felt something vibrate in my pocket. Taking out my phone, I read the text Umma sent.

I giggled and showed the text to Minho Hyung. He laughed and texted Key. I peeked over his shoulder to see.

I giggled again at Key Umma's response.

"Key gave you a paper fan?" Minho Hyung said with a look of horror. I started laughing and brought him up to my room before taking out a huge paper fan. He stared at it with eyes filled of shock and fear.
"Did Key give you anything else just incase I try to rape you?" Minho Hyung asked. I giggled and nodded my head before taking out a huge metal pan, a big butcher knife, a very sharp sword, and a bat.
"Key's one crazy bitch to give his son those things." I heard Minho Hyung mutter.
We walked downstairs and sat on the couch because Minho Hyung didn't want to be in a room filled with weapons.
"Oh yeah. You said you had something to tell me, Hyung. What is it?" I asked Minho Hyung. He looked at me before answering, "U-um. Taemin, can I tell you outside?" He asked me. I nodded and followed him out of my door and into the front yard.
"I-I love you, Taemin! Will you be my boyfriend?" Minho Hyung asked. I just stood there, frozen with shock. Minho Hyung LOVES me? I don't know know if I love. Hell, I don't even know if I'm gay!
"I-I don't know, Hyung! I don't think I'm gay! I'm sorry!" I yelled and ran into my house. I peeked out my window to see Minho Hyung run towards his house with tears in his eyes. I felt something tugging at my heart. I need to sort out my feelings.
The Next Day
Okay! My feelings for Minho hyung are clear in my head. It was a Saturday so I didn't have to worry about school.
I ran to his house to tell him my answer. I knocked on the door to see Mrs. Choi with a tear stained face.
"Mrs. Choi! W-what's wrong?" I asked worriedly. She was like my third Umma. My real one being first and Key umma being second.
"My little Minho went off to study abroad in America!! MinMin left his parents here in Korea!!" Mrs. Choi wailed and started crying again. Mr. Choi closed the door and comforted her. I ran as fast I could to the airport, which was pretty close.
I ran into the airport, pushing through the crowd of people. I made it to the flight to America only to see it fly off. I slid to the ground with tears in my eyes.
"I-I didn't even get to tell him... That I love him." I whispered to myself as the tears continued to flow down.
One Year Later
I sat with Key Umma, Onew Hyubg, and Jonghyun Appa at lunch. Nothing has changed that much. Onew hung still loved chicken, Key Umma was still the diva he always was, and Jonghyun Appa was still the skinship king. I, however, changed. I had changed my appearance and I become a little distant. Since Minho Hyung moved away, I've been putting up an act but inside, the loneliness was killing me. I still regret not telling him how I feel.
I sighed and told Key Umma that I'll be back before walking into the school garden. I looked around and sat in a circle of roses. They were beautiful. Suddenly, I felt a pair of hands. I started panicking when I felt the familiarity of the hands.
"Minho Hyung." I whispered before getting up, turning around, and hugging Minho Hyung with all the strength I had. He chuckled and hugged me back.
"I missed you, Hyung!" I said as tears fell out of my eyes. Minho leaned down so that his mouth was near my ear and whispered, "I missed you too, my little mushroom." His hot breath sent shivers down my spine.
"Hyung," I said. He replied with a, "Yes, Taeminne?"
"I love you, Hyung. I hope your feelings haven't changed over the year we've been separated." I said. He chuckled and pulled me into another hug.
"I still love you, my precious angel. I can't get you off my mind. So, will you be mine, Lee Taemin?" He asked. I squealed and pulled him into a soft and loving kiss.
"I've always been yours, Minho," I said before he pulled me into a longer and deeper kiss. We broke apart and cuddled with the roses surrounding us.
"Hey Hyung. I know why it took a year for us to finally confess to each other," I said.
"What is it?" He asked as he planted a soft kiss to my cheek.
"Love waits for one thing, the right moment. This, is the moment love has been waiting for," I said. He smiled at me and I smiled back.
"I love you, Hyung," I said softly.
"I love you too, Minnie," He said as well before we engaged in a another heated kiss.
